Welcome to Drift Inc. ("Drift", "we", "our", or "us"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our mobile apps, rideshare services, and website (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Overview

These Terms apply to:

• Riders: Users requesting rides through the Drift app
• Drivers: Independent contractors providing rides
• Website Users: Individuals browsing or interacting with our site

2. Eligibility

• Riders must be at least 18 years old
• Drivers must be at least 21 years old, hold a valid license, and meet local regulatory and safety requirements
• You may not use our Platform if previously banned or removed

3. Account Registration

• Users must provide accurate and up-to-date information
• You are responsible for maintaining your account security
• Drift may suspend or terminate accounts for policy violations

4. Use of the Platform

Riders agree to:

• Pay all applicable fees
• Act respectfully toward drivers
• Use the Platform for lawful and intended purposes

Drivers agree to:

• Comply with all licensing and insurance requirements
• Maintain vehicle condition and safety
• Act professionally and lawfully at all times

5. Payments and Fees

• Riders authorize Drift to charge payment methods for ride fares
• Drivers are paid after service fees are deducted
• Pricing and fees may be updated with notice

6. Cancellations and Refunds

• Riders may cancel trips within a grace period
• Cancellation fees may apply after that window
• Refund requests are reviewed case-by-case

7. Prohibited Conduct

• No harassment, abuse, or endangerment of users
• No reverse engineering, scraping, or disruption of our systems
• No impersonation or false information

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Drift Platform is owned or licensed by Drift Inc. You may not copy, distribute, or exploit any part of the Platform without permission.

9. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our Platform, you consent to these practices.

10. Limitation of Liability

Drift Inc. is not liable for indirect damages, loss of use, or personal injuries incurred while using the Platform. Services are provided "as-is."

11. Dispute Resolution

Disputes should first be reported to Drift Support. Unresolved matters may be subject to arbitration or resolved in the courts of Alberta, Canada.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Changes will be posted here. Continued use of the Platform means you accept the updated Terms.
